Resorts and Buses

Maybe some of you can help me... I am wondering how many resorts share bus transportation between resorts and parks. I've stayed at all of the All Star Resorts and know the Sports, Music and Movies all share transportation. I've also stayed at the Boardwalk and know that resort shares buses with Yacht and Beach along with Swan and Dolphin. The other resorts I've stayed in are Pop Century, Coronado Springs and Animal Kingdom Lodge. All of those resorts had their own buses, which was nice. I liked "not sharing" a bus with other hotels!

With the All Stars and Boardwalk area hotels, if you are the last stop to pick up, the bus is usually full or close to it because they have passengers from the other hotels. There are also more people waiting at the parks to go back to the resorts.

What about the following? Do any of these share buses?
Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Contemporary, and Bay Lake Towers?

Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness?

Port Orleans Riverside and French Quarter? I'll assume these do just because they are both "Port Orleans."

Caribbean Beach, Saratoga Springs and Old Key West?

I haven't had the luxury of staying at all of the resorts... yet! But, I do know I didn't like having to share buses with other resorts. Can anyone out there help answer this question?

I called WDW Information and asked "Kenny", but he couldn't tell me any more than what I already knew!

  1. I don't know for sure, but I think the Wilderness Lodge is not a shared bus. If it is, Ft. Wilderness would be it. We have stayed at the Lodge 3 times and don't use buses very much. We usually take the boat to MK. We've taken the monorail from there to monorail resorts and Epcot. The few times I've used a bus at the Lodge, we've gone straight to our destination. If the boat or monorail can't get us where we're going, we drive. Time is too precious to be hitting all of the bus stops. :)
