Blog Hop: Back to School

Today's Blog Hop theme from Lisa at Babes in Disneyland is "Back to School."  In Alabama, we've been back in school for a month now, so I'm having to switch gears a bit to think about this topic!  First, I'll start off with a few shots of C-man's first day back at "school" on August 15.

The reason I chose these pictures is because 1) he's just so cute and 2) look at his hands in the second picture.  Buzz Lightyear.  One of the 5 Buzz characters that we own travels almost everywhere with us.  We have "Big Buzz", "Baby Buzz", "Robot Buzz", "Iddy Biddy Buzz", and the smaller "Baby Buzz."  It's quite an obsession!  Also, by his leg you can find Goofy and Abu.  Yes, we probably have 30 small Disney characters around our house that are all part of "my guys."  That should be a whole new post...

Back to School.  Another topic I've often discussed on my blog is continuing education while on vacation at Walt Disney World.  You can read my posts on The Vacation Journal, ABC Scavenger Hunt, World Showcase is Educational, and Using Your 5 Senses.

  1. We have mostly princesses at my house, but as my son gets older (he's only 8 mos), I'm looking forward to more boy toys. Have fun on your trip!

  2. My little girl is the same way! She always has to have a stuffed animal with her. The backseat of my car looks like the Disney Store!

  8. Boys are awesome... but I don't have any girls, so I'm sure they are fun too!! ;) I do better with robots and cowboys than princesses anyway.
