This group was called Return 2 Zero, but performed for 14 years at MGM Studios as "Four for a Dollar." They ended their run in 2008 after cutbacks to save money. After one of their performances at WDW, I surprised my dad with a copy of their CD "Return 2 Zero." These are the songs on that CD:
- Return 2 Zero
- Fly Like An Eagle
- How Sweet It IS To Be Loved By You
- Steppin' Out
- Happy Together
- Georgia On My Mind
- December 1963 (Oh What A Night)
- Spinning Wheel
- Love Potion #9
- On And On
- Turn Your Love Around
- Moondance
- I'm Alright
- The Point of No Reutrn
I still have this CD in my iTunes and each time I listen to it I am reminded of my happy place- Walt Disney World! I found a great video on YouTube of these guys sining "Go the Distance" from Hercules, several years ago. I hope you enjoy as much as I do!
I loved them, they were so great and their sound check bit was great.
ReplyDeleteI have never seen these guys! They're great!
ReplyDeleteI miss them! They were almost better than the show, and soooo funny. I loved it and would go to the show just to see them.
ReplyDeleteHey Beth! I have an excellent story for you...one of our Magical Moments during our honeymoon. I had seen "4 for a Dollar" for the first time back in 1998 (I think) and they were amazing! SO, 10 years later, as my wife and I sit to watch them again, they were still on point! I said to Michelle, "Wouldn't it be awesome to meet these guys?" Long story short, talking to one of the security guards had us come back for the second show with "the Golden ticket" to watch them perform and have us serenaded! It was truly a Honeymoon Magical Moment. Here are some pix to share!
ReplyDeleteThese are awesome! What a great memory! Thanks so much for sharing with us!!!!
ReplyDeleteI saw them in 2007 for the first time. I went back 2 more times since then - both of which I left and didn't watch the main show. I think it was a very bad decision for disney to drop them.
