Instead of Aloha Isle...

Many people rush to Adventureland when they enter the Magic Kingdom. Why? To purchase and devour a Dole Whip at Aloha Isle.

What is a Dole Whip? It's a soft serve, non-dairy, frozen dessert available originally in Disneyland at Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room and later in Walt Disney World at Aloha Isle in the Magic Kingdom.  People either love it or hate it.  I fall in the middle.

But, did you know you have options?  Instead of rushing to Aloha Isle and fighting the crowds, did you know you could purchase a Dole Whip at Captain Cook's in the Polynesian Resort?

Head over to the Polynesian and try a Dole Whip in addition to or in place of Aloha Isle!

  1. If you're craving it at home, you can also make your own - just throw some frozen pineapple chunks into a food processor or high speed blender (VitaMix), then slowly add some almond milk to get to consistency and a drizzle of honey or agave - delish without all the additives or stabilizers!
