Epcot's Flower & Garden Festival for Kids

When people think of Epcot's Flower and Garden Festival, most think of planting gardens, learning how to landscape the backyard, cooking recipes using foods from the garden, and creating topiaries.  Not much of that makes me think of children!  However, there are so many things your children can do at the Flower and Garden Festival!

  • Have your children pick up "Garden Passports" to get stamps throughout the festival.  These are found at the Festival Welcome Center.
  • Search for your favorite characters in the beautiful topiaries around the parks.  Take pictures with each one and see just how many you can find!

  • Visit Tinker Bell's Butterfly House presented by HGTV.  You can see all the butterflies fluttering about!
  • Sample different foods and beverages from the Outdoor Kitchens around the World Showcase.
  • Play at the Backyard Play Garden presented by GoGo squeeZ!  Kids can participate in activities to inspire playful, active and healthy living.  Parents are welcome to join in on the fun!
  • Visit and play at the Disney Pixar Cars Character Garden at Test Track Walkway.  Keep your eyes open for Lightning McQueen and Mater!
  • Play at the Disney Pixar Monsters University Garden on Imagination Walkway.
  • Visit the Transitions Garden at Future World East near Universe of Energy.
  • Sing along to mom and dad's favorite songs from the 80s at the Flower Power Concerts!
What is your child's favorite thing at the Flower and Garden Festival?
