#DisneySide @ Home Celebration Decorations | A Disney Mom's Thoughts

I received free products in order to host a Disney Side @ Home Celebration.
The opinions expressed here are my own.

This year's #DisneySide @ Home Celebration kit included everything I needed to decorate for our party. I decided from the beginning not to stress over this party or spend too much money out of pocket. I stuck with the theme found in my kit, which was Mickey and friends. Above you can see the invitations included in the kit. All I had to do was fill them out and give them to friends and family.
Also included were Mickey Mouse Swirl Decorations. These were in last year's kit too, so I used what I had saved from 2014!

The kit came with a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse plastic table cloth, napkins, cups and plates too. In addition to the Mickey Mouse "stuff", we received a Minnie Mouse cupcake stand, treat boxes, and zip top sandwich bags. There was no reason whatsoever for me to need to add supplies for this party. I think the only reason would be if I were inviting more people! And the best thing was, if I did need additional supplies, it was easy to find this theme at any party supply store.

My boys decided we needed more decorations on our mantle than the Mickey Mouse flags that was included in our kit. So, they drug out ALL of our Disney Characters and helped arrange them around the fireplace! On the hearth are all the plush characters we could round up. I'm certain we missed some, but there were plenty present! On the mantle were all the "guys" that we have collected over the years. "Guys" are any hard, plastic Disney Characters that resemble action figures... or for those of you who grew up in the 80s, think Smurf figures! :)
